1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the JXB Technologies website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JXB Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Selangor, Malaysia.
2. Description of Services
JXB Technologies designs, manufactures, and supplies EMAT (Electromagnetic Acoustic Transduction) ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection equipment, software, and related services including equipment sales and leasing, on-site demonstrations, sample scanning, operator training, and technical consultation.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You shall not: use the Site in violation of any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site; reproduce or exploit any portion of the Site without written consent; or use interactive demos and technical content for competitive analysis or reverse engineering.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, interactive demonstrations, and technical specifications — is the property of JXB Technologies or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. The JXB name, JXB-ERMS PRO name, and JXB logo are trademarks of JXB Technologies Sdn. Bhd.
5. Product Information
While we make every effort to ensure product specifications and technical information are accurate, all information is provided for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Final terms shall be confirmed through a formal quotation or purchase agreement.
6. Interactive Demonstrations
The interactive scan simulations, corrosion mapping demos, and report previews on this Site are for illustrative purposes only. Simulated data does not represent actual inspection results. Real inspection data can only be obtained using JXB-ERMS PRO equipment on actual test specimens.
7. Sample Scanning Service
Complimentary sample scanning services are provided "as is" for feasibility assessment only. Results should not be used as the sole basis for fitness-for-service assessments, maintenance decisions, or regulatory compliance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, JXB Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
10. Modifications
JXB Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
